Ive had a great experience here always however their cleanliness could improve as there is sometimes dog pee or poop since theres free roaming animals someone should take them outside for their business.They could also benefit from more space it is very crowded nowadays with so many animals. The staff is very kind and cooperative though so are the doctors. However,grooming services has room for improvements with how staff handle the animals and limited slots. My baby Oliver was taken to Bangladesh animal care center a day after he fell from the second floor balcony. When I rushed him to the emergency his respiratory rate was around 100+ and body temperature was 98! He was in hypothermia shock .. extremely critical condition .. he couldn't even breathe at all .... Dr jubayer examined my baby immediately gave him oxygen and later did x-ray which revealed he had internal bleeding around lungs and also had fluid inside the lungs 😭 I couldn't stop crying as I felt I almost lost my baby because he was in extremely life threatening condition..... Dr jubayer performed thoracentesis on the same day later at night and my 10 months old boy won his first battle. Next few days were extremely challenging for us but we conquered the battle this time. I'm forever grateful to Dr jubayer and other docs stuff and the whole team of Bacc they were extremely co operative friendly and supported me emotionally the whole time... I used to sit in the hospital from morning till late night around 2 am! I was crying panicking stressing out non stop questioning them a lot but they never lost patience ....And when im back home I was calling them 4 or 6 am in the morning and they always received my call or texted me back with my baby's update! God bless them I wish bacc prospers and the very best!

Miky, Dora’s daughter.

On February 14, Dora had four babies (four kittens). Because Dora is getting older and has been sick quite often lately, we decided to keep a baby girl that would look like Dora.

Right after the kittens were born, Dora was extremely ill for about 14 days. During that time, my husband and I stayed up all night feeding Dora’s babies their solution milk. We had to feed them every 2–3 hours. Also, Leo (Dora’s boyfriend) took care of the babies during this period and tried to give them attention and warmth like a mother.

Then, on April 4, one day, while the kittens were playing, they bit Leo gently with their tiny teeth. Leo got angry suddenly because he was in pain/heat, and he bit one of the babies while he was sitting down. As a result, one of the baby’s eyes completely popped out.

We wanted to keep that baby—this one. We wanted her because she looked exactly like Dora and even had the same temperament. We were all extremely worried. We thought the kitten might not survive. Even if she did live, we feared she might not be able to live normally—maybe she wouldn’t be able to see again, and her beautiful doll-like eye would be ruined.

As soon as the incident happened, we took her to two well-known pet clinics. They told us it was an emergency, and that they did not provide that kind of treatment at their place. They recommended **Bangladesh Animal Care Centre**. We rushed her there as an emergency.

After the vets examined her, they admitted her to the hospital. They also told us that they would do their best, but because her age was very small, anything could happen—we should be mentally prepared. We told the doctors to make her healthy by any means necessary and to keep her alive. Even if she lost the eye, we would still keep her and keep her close to us.

After a lot of observation, the doctors eventually performed an operation. She stayed admitted for three days. Then the doctors gave her eye drops—tear drops and antibiotics. We gave the medicines regularly exactly as instructed. She also stayed awake all night for about 10 days.

Finally, our **Miky** fully recovered. The most amazing thing is that her eye is completely okay again—and she can see with it!!!

We are very satisfied with the treatment and care of **BACC**. If anyone has pets, I would recommend them to everyone. Miky is a mischievous little baby. She runs around all day, keeps hopping and bustling, and she’s a very happy kitten.

My cat Tara has been under the care of BACC since I adopted her as a kitten. The vets are really caring and professional. They always treat Tara as a baby. Recently, she was spayed and I was surprised that no medication was prescribed. Doctor explained they do the surgery sterily and there is no need for medication.
